For the Freeze Watch, hard freeze temperatures as low as 28 possible. * WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. * WHEN...For the Freeze Warning, from 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Sunday. For the Freeze Watch, from Sunday evening through Monday morning. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other sensitive vegetation. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...For tonight...Northwesterly winds could remain as high as 10-15 mph overnight tonight, especially east of US-131 and north of M-72. This may prevent low-level temperature inversions from forming. For Sunday night...high pressure moving into the area may lead to clearing skies and light winds.
