For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 27 possible. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan. * WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 10 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT Friday. For the Freeze Watch, from late Friday night through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could harm crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
