Description:
* WHAT...For the Frost Advisory, temperatures near freezing will
threaten tender vegetation. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 25 degrees are possible.
* WHERE...Gratiot, Isabella, Mecosta, Montcalm, Mason, Newaygo, and
Oceana Counties.
* WHEN...For the Frost Advisory, from 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Friday. For
the Freeze Watch, from late Friday night through Saturday morning.
* IMPACTS...Cold temperatures could kill crops, other sensitive
vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
