* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 28 degrees expected.
* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 8 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northwesterly winds could remain as high as
10-15 mph overnight tonight, especially east of US-131 and north
of M-72. This may prevent low-level temperature inversions from
forming.
