* WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. The coldest
temperatures will be over interior areas, with areas along the
coasts likely remaining several degrees warmer.
* WHEN...From 2 AM to 9 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Freeze conditions may damage crops and sensitive
vegetation.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. If possible,
cover sensitive plants or bring them indoors.
