* WHAT...Potential for flooding impacts will increase across eastern upper Michigan tonight with an expected 0.25 to 0.75 inches of rainfall, with locally higher amounts possible. Combination of rain on top of a melting snowpack in conjunction with frozen grounds will lead to an anomalously high potential for flooding. * WHERE...A portion of Eastern Upper Michigan, including the following areas, Central Chippewa, Eastern Mackinac, Southeast Chippewa, Western Chippewa and Western Mackinac. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
