* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of central and west central Michigan, including the following counties, in central Michigan, Clare, Gratiot, Isabella, Mecosta, Montcalm and Osceola. In west central Michigan, Lake, Mason, Muskegon and Newaygo. * WHEN...Through late Thursday night. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rain expected tonight may continue to increase expected floods on area rivers. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
