Michigamme River near Republic affecting Marquette County.
.Snow melt, rainfall, and increased reservoir releases are causing
the river flows to become high. Expect moderate flooding downstream
from the dam.
* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.
* WHERE...Michigamme River near Republic.
* WHEN...Until Monday, May 04.
* IMPACTS...At 7.7 feet, Water begins to impact the yards of homes
near Bengtson bridge on County Road LI in South Republic
At 10.0 feet, Portions of County Roads 601...LE and LG experience
significant flooding

- At 7:20 AM EDT Monday the stage was 10.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 8.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
