* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Cheboygan and Emmet. * WHEN...Until 800 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Historic flooding is occurring following recent heavy rainfall and snowmelt. Roads and structures near lakes and rivers will continue to see high water levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1045 AM EDT, Emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. - Little to no additional rainfall expected through midweek. Slow improvement expected as water levels slowly recede. - Large portions of Emmet and Cheboygan counties. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become unstable and unsafe. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
