Water is gradually receding, but is still flooding low lying areas, creeks, streams, and rivers. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Manistee and Wexford. * WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1045 AM EDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
