* WHAT...Existing water from heavy rainfall last week is routing through the streams, rivers and lakes. Water is gradually receding, but is still flooding low lying areas, creeks, streams, rivers, and lakes. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Crawford, Kalkaska, Missaukee and Roscommon. * WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 233 PM EDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
