Expect major flooding downstream from the City of Newaygo in the areas of Anderson Flats and Old Women's Bend in Garfield Township and Sycamore Flats, 100th Ave, and Sugarbush Lane in Ashland Township. Expect moderate flooding on Sarrell Street in the City of Newaygo. Expect Flech Ave near the Anderson Flats area to be closed.
