* WHAT...Existing water from heavy rainfall last week is routing through the streams, rivers and lakes. Water is gradually receding, but is still flooding low lying areas, creeks, streams, and rivers. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Manistee and Wexford. * WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Several structures are flooded and some sand bagging operations are continuing. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1145 AM EDT, Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Manistee, Eastlake, Brethren, Wellston, Dublin, Yuma, Parkdale, Orchard Beach State Park and Star Crossing. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
