* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain continues. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Antrim, Benzie, Crawford, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Manistee, Missaukee, Roscommon and Wexford. * WHEN...Until 745 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1123 PM EDT, ongoing flooding is being experienced across the area and will likely continue for the next several days. Between 4 and 7 inches of rain have fallen in the last several days, with an additional 0.50 to 1.00 inches possible. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become unstable and unsafe. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
