This approaches the flood of record. * WHERE...Au Sable River near Red Oak. * WHEN...Until early Sunday afternoon. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:15 PM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 6.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:15 PM EDT Wednesday was 8.6 feet. - Forecast...Moderate flooding is expected to continue through Friday morning.
