* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of west central Michigan, including the following county, Muskegon. * WHEN...Until 1130 AM EDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1129 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - Intersection of Holton road and Brickyard road closed due to flooding. An additional 1 to 2 inches has fallen over the White River with an additional rainfall expected overnight. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
