record.
* WHERE...Boardman River near Mayfield--Brown Bridge Rd.
* WHEN...From this morning to early tomorrow afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, Water begins to impact Brown Bridge Rd
around Ranch Rudolf.
