* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of central and west central Michigan, including the following counties, in central Michigan, Osceola. In west central Michigan, Lake. * WHEN...Until 830 AM EDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 228 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches have been observed across the warning area with additional rainfall of 0.5 to 1.5 inches expected. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Marion, Luther, Highland, Le Roy, Tustin, Rose Lake, Dighton, Sunrise Lake, Ashton, Bristol and Avondale. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
