* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of northern Michigan, including the following counties, Montmorency and Otsego. * WHEN...Until 1030 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 730 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain may result in minor flooding. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Atlanta, Hillman, Briley Township, Canada Creek Ranch, Hetherton, Royston and Clear Lake State Park. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
