* WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by a potential dam failure continues to be possible at the Hesperia Dam. * WHERE...A portion of west central Michigan, including the following county, Oceana. * WHEN...Through Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying areas below the dam. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Flows remain extremely high through the Hesperia Dam. Rainfall totals up to 1.25 inches overnight have increased flows on the White River. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
