* WHAT...Flash Flooding caused by a potential dam failure continues to be possible at the Hesperia Dam. * WHERE...A portion of west central Michigan, including the following county, Oceana. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Dam failure may result in flash flooding of low-lying areas below the dam. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Water from recent heavy rain continues to work through the White River.
