* At 343 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Mount
Katahdin, moving northeast at 20 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.
* Locations impacted include...
Patten, Mount Katahdin, Mount Chase, Katahdin Woods and Waters
National Monument, Sherman Station, Baxter State Park, Stacyville,
and Katahdin Lake.
This includes State Highway 11 near Sherman Station.
Instruction:

building.
Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
