* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of Central Highlands Maine, including the following areas, Central Piscataquis and Southern Piscataquis. * WHEN...Until 3 AM EDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms are moving across portions of the watch area over the next 1-2 hours. Although the storms are moving at 25-30mph the soils across the watch area are very soaked from previous activity. Excessive runoff may occur in areas that saw heavy rain earlier today. - For flood safety visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood
