* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Louisiana, including the following parishes, De Soto, Grant, La Salle, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine and Winn and east Texas, including the following counties, Angelina, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Augustine and Shelby. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Recent heavy rainfall and widespread additional rainfall of 2 to 4 inches with isolated higher amounts are expected through the holiday weekend. In addition, slow movement of thunderstorms will allow for heavy rainfall in a short period of time. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
