* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of Louisiana, including the following parishes, De Soto, Grant, La Salle, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine and Winn and deep east Texas, including the following counties, Angelina, Nacogdoches, Sabine, San Augustine and Shelby. * WHEN...From 7 PM CDT this evening through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Recent heavy rainfall and widespread additional rainfall of 2 to 4 inches are expected through the holiday weekend, along with slow movement of thunderstorms bringing heavy rainfall in a short period of time. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
