* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Louisiana, including the following parishes, Allen, Avoyelles, Beauregard, Evangeline, Rapides, St. Landry and Vernon and southeast Texas, including the following areas, Hardin, Northern Jasper, Northern Newton, Southern Jasper, Southern Newton and Tyler. * WHEN...Through late tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Areas have received between 1 and 3 inches of rainfall yesterday with another 1 to 3 inches received today. areas where thunderstorms move over repeatedly may experience rapid onset flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
