Description:
At 1018 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 14
miles south of Arcadia, or 13 miles northwest of Jonesboro, moving
south at 10 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
Bienville, Liberty Hill, Friendship, Mount Olive and Brice.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
