At 643 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from near Jonesboro to 17 miles west of Jonesboro, moving southeast at 5 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 30 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Jonesboro, Saline, Friendship and Chestnut.
Instruction: 
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening weather conditions. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
