At 225 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a line of strong thunderstorms extending from 16 miles east of Jena to 18 miles south of Montgomery, or extending from 36 miles south of Columbia to 23 miles south of Natchitoches, moving southeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Jena, Colfax, Midway, Pollock, Dry Prong, Bentley, Williana, Lake Iatt, Fishville, Aloha, Rogers, Chopin, Nebo, Cloutierville, Catahoula Lake, Gorum, Melrose, Cypress and Bellwood.
