Central Sabine Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
* Until 1030 AM CDT.
* At 926 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
5 miles northwest of Hemphill to 38 miles southeast of Hemphill, or
along a line from 32 miles southeast of Center to 62 miles south of
Natchitoches, moving northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and small hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Many, Florien, Fisher, Mount Carmel, Negreet and Kisatchie.
Instruction:
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. These storms are capable of producing
widespread damaging winds.
Tornadoes can develop quickly from severe thunderstorms. Seek shelter
immediately in an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built
structure.
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
