Description: 
At 818 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Simmesport to 7 miles northeast of Morganza to 6 miles east of New Roads. Movement was east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Zachary, New Roads, Jackson, St. Francisville, Clinton, Centreville, Woodville, Slaughter, Wilson, Norwood, Wakefield, Spillman, Batchelor, Lettsworth, Fort Adams, and Felps.
