* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Assumption, Central Tangipahoa, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Eastern Ascension, Iberville, Lower Lafourche, Lower Tangipahoa, Lower Terrebonne, Northern Livingston, Northern Tangipahoa, Pointe Coupee, Southern Livingston, St. Helena, St. James, St. John The Baptist, Upper Lafourche, Upper Terrebonne, West Baton Rouge, West Feliciana and Western Ascension and southern Mississippi, including the following counties, Amite, Pike, Walthall and Wilkinson. * WHEN...From 7 AM CDT Wednesday through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Training storms along a stalled boundary moving slowly through the area tomorrow will allow for increased concern for flash flooding impacts across the area, especially during the daytime hours. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
