* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Louisiana, including the following parishes, Central Jefferson, Central Plaquemines, Central St. Charles, Coastal Jefferson, Eastern Orleans, Lower Plaquemines, Lower St. Bernard, Lower St. Charles, Northern St. Tammany, Southeast St. Tammany, Southwestern St. Tammany, Upper Jefferson, Upper Plaquemines, Upper St. Bernard, Upper St. Charles, Washington and Western Orleans and southern Mississippi, including the following areas, Northern Hancock, Northern Harrison, Northern Jackson, Pearl River, Southern Hancock, Southern Harrison and Southern Jackson. * WHEN...From Wednesday morning through Wednesday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in minor to moderate flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Potential for structural flooding near area rivers. Flooding may occur in poor drainage, urban areas, and underpasses. Potential for flooded roadways, which may be impassable.
