West Central Tangipahoa Parish in southeastern Louisiana... West Baton Rouge Parish in southeastern Louisiana... * Until 330 PM CDT. * At 1219 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
