At 753 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Owingsville, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Morehead, Owingsville, Frenchburg, Marshall, Wellington, Salt Lick, Preston, Ramey, Reynoldsville, Wyoming, Peasticks, Olympia Springs, Yale, Moore's Ferry, Flat Creek, Stepstone, Odessa, Bourbon Furnace, Bangor, and Slate Valley. THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers 114 and 136.
