At 406 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Munson, or over Morehead, moving northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Morehead, Cranston, Munson, Hays Crossing, Haldeman, Triplett, Gates, Rodburn, Hilda, and Sharkey. THIS INCLUDES Interstate 64 in eastern Kentucky between mile markers 135 and 148.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
