Description: 
At 648 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Noetown, or near Middlesboro, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Pineville, Middlesboro, East Pineville, Hensley Store, Wallsend, Varilla, Ponza, Stony Fork Junction, Black Snake, Straight Creek, Blanche, Cary, Cubage, Binghamtown, Fourmile, Clear Creek Springs, Meldrum, Wasioto, Hutch, and Blackmont. THIS INCLUDES U.S. Highway 25 East in Bell County between mile markers 1 and 18.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
