Description:
Patchy frost may develop this morning in rural sheltered valleys
and low-lying areas, as temperatures fall into the mid to upper
30s with light winds, dry air, and clear skies. In those valleys
along mainstem rivers, larger creeks, and lakes, fog development
should preclude frost formation. Those with cold-sensitive plants
outdoors in sheltered rural valleys and other low-lying areas may
want to consider taking action to protect them.
