Effective:
May 14, 2026 - 4:53pm
Expires:

Description:
With temperatures falling into the mid to upper 30s and high pressure cresting over the area with light winds, dry air, and clear skies, patchy frost could develop late tonight into Friday morning in rural sheltered valleys and low-lying areas. In those valleys along mainstem rivers, larger creeks, and lakes, fog development should preclude frost formation. Those with cold- sensitive plants outdoors in sheltered rural valleys and other low-lying areas may want to consider taking action to protect them.
