At 1239 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Flat Fork to Lakesville to Rousseau. Movement was east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Paintsville, Prestonsburg, Salyersville, Mason, Estill, Martin, Wayland, Allen, Oaklawn Estates, Vail, Handshoe, Davella, Glo, Lancer, Falcon, Burning Fork, Collista, West Van Lear, West Royalton Station, and Williamsport. THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING HIGHWAYS... Bert T. Combs Mountain Parkway between mile markers 70 and 76. Kentucky Highway 3 in Floyd County between mile markers 1 and 4.
