SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines. * Locations impacted include... Vanceburg, Head of Grassy, Camp Dix, Tollesboro, Sandy Springs, Buena Vista in Scioto County, Saint Paul, Firebrick, Harris, Kinniconick, Tannery, Emerson, Epworth, Ribolt, Charters, Friendship, Garrison, Petersville, Stricklett, and Glen Springs.
