Description:
* WHAT...Low temperatures as low as around 30 are expected in deeper
valleys and low lying areas at down on Sunday. Even outside of the
deeper valleys, lows in the mid 30s in many locations may result
in frost by dawn on Sunday.
* WHERE...Estill, Laurel, Whitley, and Jackson Counties.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops and other
sensitive vegetation, and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
Instruction:
Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold.
