* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...A portion of east central Kentucky, including the
following counties, Bath, Fleming, Montgomery and Rowan.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms with torrential downpours remain possible
through this evening. These could result in excessive
rainfall and instances of flash flooding in some areas.
Instruction:
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should Flash Flood Warnings be issued.
