Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast and southeast Kentucky, including
the following counties, in northeast Kentucky, Martin. In
southeast Kentucky, Bell, Floyd, Harlan, Knott, Leslie, Letcher,
Perry and Pike.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Showers will affect most of the area, and where they are most
persistent, flooding could occur.

Instruction:
Monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flash Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
