* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and south central Kentucky,
including the following areas, in east central Kentucky, Bourbon,
Clark KY, Fayette, Garrard, Harrison KY, Jessamine, Madison,
Nicholas, Scott KY and Woodford. In south central Kentucky,
Lincoln.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy rainfall from earlier today and a few lingering light
rain showers will lead to lingering high water and minor
flooding.
