* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the following counties, Laurel, Pulaski and Rockcastle. * WHEN...Until 915 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding possible in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 826 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen with highest amounts in the vicinity of Level Green. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Vernon, Hansford, Bloss, Level Green, Sand Springs, Wabp, Pongo, Bromo, Valley Oak, Willailla, Spiro, Quail, Wellhope, Shopville, Maretburg, Luner, Bandy, Woodstock, Billows and Ottowa.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
