* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, in south central Kentucky, Laurel and Rockcastle. In southeast Kentucky, Clay and Jackson. * WHEN...Until 930 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding possible in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 627 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding could begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain may result in minor flooding. - Some locations that could experience flooding include... London, Manchester, Portersburg, Crawford, Langnau, Deer Lick, Benge, Fogertown, Byron, Grace, Royrader, Marydell, Datha, Mcwhorter, Urban, Maplesville, Lake, Hooker, Bush and Greenmount.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
