* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of south central and southeast Kentucky, including the following counties, in south central Kentucky, Rockcastle. In southeast Kentucky, Jackson. * WHEN...Until 1245 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 937 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Vernon, Boone, Bummer, Wildie, Disputanta, Roundstone, Climax, Hummel, Rockford, Muellersville, Conway, Snider, Orlando, Dudley Station, Johnetta, Threelinks, Goochland, Renfro Valley, Lake Linville and Cooksburg.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
