Description:
At 1158 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 5 miles northeast of Harris to 5 miles
northeast of Westphalia to near Iola. Movement was northeast at 40
mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down twigs or small limbs and blow
around objects. Minor damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Garnett, Richmond, Colony, Greeley, Princeton, Lane, Rantoul,
Westphalia, Kincaid, Lone Elm, and Harris.
Instruction:
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
