At 942 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from near Cawker City to near Luray. Movement was northeast at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Downs, Cawker City, Glen Elder, and Tipton.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM CDT for north central Kansas.
